Q. When can I buy an Archive Collection?
DMTV Archive Collections are available to purchase at any time by anyone. You don’t need to have a DMTV membership.
Q. Why do the videos stutter when I watch them?
DMTV shows are streamed to you using a service that aims to provide the best possible viewing experience. Occasionally videos can stutter or buffer. This is because they are playing at a faster rate than your internet connection can download them. If you experience stuttering as the shows play, simply press the pause button on the video player control, allow the progress bar which displays how much of the video has been downloaded to advance, then resume playing.
Q. Can I download the videos from the website to watch later?
No, the shows are only available via our website using the streaming service. This means that the videos are not stored on your computer. You can visit our website and watch the shows any time, as many times as you like.
Q. Can I watch the shows full screen?
Yes! Just click on the fullscreen icon on the player controls below the video.
Q. Can I watch on my iPad?
Yes! You can watch DMTV video workshops on your iPad, iPhone and other mobile devices so long as you have an adequate internet connection. If you encounter any problems just let us know.
Q. What happens to the videos when they are taken off the ‘Membership Videos’ playlist?
If you’re a DMTV member then you have unlimited access to the video workshops in the Membership Video playlist. The latest 30+ videos are listed there with new content added weekly. When a new video workshop is added, the oldest one is taken off the playlist. At some point in the future it may be made available in the Archive Video Shop.
