In this mini course of three workshops, Linda first demonstrates how a concertina format can be ideal for documenting a journey or landscape subject. See how she prepares the pages with mixed media and wash ready to add drawings and further painting in the second class.

Then take a closer look at Linda’s concertina sketchbook and see how she’s using pen with body colour/gouache to add artwork to the pages. Finally Linda works with the concertina format to explore a landscape theme with soft pastel pencils, graphite blocks and watercolour wash.
