Thank you for taking a moment to read our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing a membership subscription to DMTV or a DMTV Archive Video Workshop you are confirming that you have read and agree with these terms.
Health and safety:
The information and instruction found on DMTV are the opinion of the presenters, Linda and Laura Kemshall and their guest artists. All content is believed to be accurate and safe and is provided in good faith. The practices and products demonstrated reflect the years of experience of the artists concerned. Individual subscribers to DMTV must accept responsibility for their own health and safety and must satisfy themselves as to the safety of the product or process before proceeding. It is always advisable to read manufacturers’ guidance notes as products vary between brands and specific usage information always supersedes generic advice. DMTV and its presenters accept no responsibility for harm or injury to any viewer as a consequence of the programme content and expect their viewers to act responsibly and sensibly at all times. Please note that not all projects and techniques may be suitable for children. Please work safely and keep those around you safe too.
We endeavour to deliver our services using reliable and trustworthy partners. Inevitably, there may be periods of downtime. We will always give advance warning of any planned downtime and will strive to work as quickly as possible to maintain and restore normal service.
Use of programme content:
We can’t begin to tell you how much time, energy and effort it takes to create the DMTV video workshops. Please respect our investment of time and creative thought and do not share content. We’ve made these videos for you, our subscribers, not anyone else. If you want to watch us, but don’t want to pay, there are a number of free videos available. The information and instruction contained in the video workshops is for the sole use of the individual subscriber and is not to be shared with other parties in any form (this includes, but is not limited to, the posting of content on blogs and websites) without the written agreement of the presenters. Projects and patterns provided are for personal use and as gifts but cannot be produced for sale.
Projects and patterns from DMTV video workshops, or those closely derived from, cannot be taught as a class without prior written consent from Linda and Laura Kemshall
Membership to DMTV entitles you to unlimited access to the video workshops listed in the Membership Videos playlist. This playlist content is updated weekly (with the possible exception of Christmas/New Year week, we all need a holiday). The oldest video is removed, a new one added. Subscriptions cannot be refunded or deferred or transferred. Membership does not allow you to watch Archive Videos. These are available as a separate purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the My Account page.
Archive Video Workshops:
Membership Videos may be made available as Archive Video Workshops at a later date. These may be available singly or in collections. You do not need to be a DMTV member to purchase an Archive Video. Once purchased viewers have unlimited lifetime access to Archive Video Workshops independent of any DMTV membership to Membership Videos. Lifetime access = the lifetime of DMTV, you or us.
The forum is open to any current DMTV member or purchaser of an Archive Video Workshop. All communication via the forum must be conducted in a polite and courteous manner. You must not post anything that could cause offence or upset to other users. Be friendly, play nicely.
Orders placed in the DMTV store will be dealt with as promptly as possible, usually within 24 hours. UK orders are usually despatched using Royal Mail First Class post. Overseas orders via Royal Mail Airmail service. Larger orders may be sent with a parcel courier. Returns will be accepted on damaged or faulty items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be sent in original packaging.
